    Need Help

I noticed something strange on my plants few days ago :
    - browning/burning pistils
    - tops from the sugar leaves were burned
    - and underside on the leaves brown on the edges

I am growing OG Fire in soil , outdoor, 5th week of flowering.
Few days ago i had mild white powder so i decide to spray them for a last time . Better to be sprayed now , then in final weeks . I did combo of neem oil (Bayern) and potassium carbonat (GreenCure) . For the brown pistils i am sure its because of the Neem Oil i did experiment with sprayin lower buds with each thing . And i found they burn immediately after few hours when u spray them with Neem , i did the same with PC they were fine . The sugar leaves i belive its the same thing , maybe is beacuse of the PK i just finished , but dont belive, because usualy the burned buds have burned sugar leaves . But for the browning underneath the leaves i am not sure , because they are just one group of plant with those symptoms, so i belive its infection (fungus) . Or maybe i just went heavy on spraying those plants so i stress them . Thr plants look fine, just i am curious whats the brown thing so i can prevent . I will upload pics .

It was around 6pm , in that time there was not direct sun . I thought about that and i spray few leaves on direct sun , so i can test . And they didnt turn brown . The buds are fine when i spray them with Potassium bicarbonat , but not with Neem . I know they should be fine with Neem, but i guess its strong concentration in Bayern Neem . In general the plants are OK , entering in 7th week . I was just curious.

Do you use nutrients? If so which ones?
