If you have a garden veggie/flower you could just put the grounds on top and let nature take its time. But for our plants the coffee grounds need some digesting first."Life is not about being dealt a great hand but playing a poor hand well"...

Did you want to use it immediately? You could compost it in buckets w/lids and some bagged compost and the soil you would grow with. Then use that to amend transplants, top dress, mix in with new soil, etc.
If there is synthetics in the nutes I would think your microbial life is dead by now.
I use those same bags for my garden compost pile"Be an artist of consciousness, your picture of reality is your most important creation, make it powerfully profoundly beautiful" Alex Grey

Coffee is not just a portion of caffeine enclosed in a small cup. Most people, after drinking espresso or cappuccino, get rid of the grounds by throwing it in the trash. According to statistics, every person drinks 300-500 cups of coffee a year. Assuming that for 1 cup we put a teaspoon with a slide of coffee or 10 g, everyone throws out 3-5 kg of grounds annually. Before throwing away the grounds next time, it's worth thinking about how it can be reused in the garden, vegetable garden, for fertilizing plants. That's exactly what I do, often even using Starbucks products.Last edited by alycewonder; 05-30-2022, 11:35 PM.
