Bullshit thread. Can we do that here? Lol

Can we have a thread just for bullshit? If so let me see where to start:

My dog ripped my son's pants leg off because he yelled at my grandson. This was Thursday.

At walmart today I accidently bumped a guys cart..I said sorry being honestly sorry and he said fuck you. When i then said then do something he left. He had 140 pounds on me and looked like a bodybuilder.

my daughter got mad that I only gave her $160 to keep the house clean and cut the yard.

I could go on for days. Lol

Just figured if we could have a gator thread we could have a stupid thread about nothing.

And feel free to tell crazy stories, funny stories, plant stories, religious stories, just stories. Lol

Here I turned my back on God, or karma, or whatever you believe in. He threw a 4 wheeler at my head on one of my trips home. Well I lost a year of my life of memories from it. I never stopped listening after that. He could have spoke a little less loud but I heard.

But not trying to start a conversation about what you believe. So here:

Was 13 out catching snakes. We made a bet I couldnt jump off a 25 foot cliff into a ditch, never tell me I cant do something because Ill do it lol, anyways they had to carry me 3 miles out of the woods. Had a cast on my leg for months. Lmao

I had owned a large farm for several years. He had a large pond out back, fixed up nice; picnic tables, horseshoe courts, basketball
court, etc. The pond was properly shaped with a pier and beach for swimming when it was built.

One evening I decided to go down to the pond, as I hadn't been there for quite a while to look it over. As I neared the pond I
heard voices shouting and laughing with glee. As I came closer, he saw a bunch of young women, clothes on the beach, skinny dippping in my pond.

I made the women aware of my presence. They all swam quickly to the deepest part of the pond. One of the women shouted to him, "We are not
      coming out until you leave!"

My reply, "I didn't come here to watch you ladies swim or to make you get out of the pond naked. I only came to feed the alligator."

What a show ! Guess they didn't notice I wasn't carrying anything .lol

I did not write this, I don't know who did....

      A poem worth reading

      > He was getting old and paunchy
      > And his hair was falling fast,
      > And he sat around the Legion,
      > Telling stories of the past. Of a war that he once fought in
      > And the deeds that he had done,
      > In his exploits with his buddies;
      > They were heroes, every one. And 'tho sometimes to his neighbors
      > His tales became a joke,
      > All his buddies listened quietly
      > For they knew where of he spoke. But we'll hear his tales no longer,
      > For ol' Joe has passed away,
      > And the world's a little poorer
      > For a Veteran died today. He won't be mourned by many,
      > Just his children and his wife.
      > For he lived an ordinary,
      > Very quiet sort of life. He held a job and raised a family,
      > Going quietly on his way;
      > And the world won't note his passing,
      > 'Tho a Veteran died today. When politicians leave this earth,
      > Their bodies lie in state,
      > While thousands note their passing,
      > And proclaim that they were great. Papers tell of their life stories
      > From the time that they were young,
      > But the passing of a Veteran
      > Goes unnoticed, and unsung. Is the greatest contribution
      > To the welfare of our land,
      > Some jerk who breaks his promise
      > And cons his fellow man? Or the ordinary fellow
      > Who in times of war and strife,
      > Goes off to serve his country
      > And offers up his life? The politician's stipend
      > And the style in which he lives,
      > Are often disproportionate,
      > To the service that he gives. While the ordinary Veteran,
      > Who offered up his all,
      > Is paid off with a medal
      > And perhaps a pension, small. It is not the politicians
      > With their compromise and ploys,
      > Who won for us the freedom
      > That our country now enjoys. Should you find yourself in danger,
      > With your enemies at hand,
      > Would you really want some cop-out,
      > With his ever-waffling stand? Or would you want a Veteran
      > His home, his country, his kin,
      > Just a common Veteran,
      > Who would fight until the end. He was just a common Veteran,
      > And his ranks are growing thin,
      > But his presence should remind us
      > We may need his likes again. For when countries are in conflict,
      > We find the Veteran's part,
      > Is to clean up all the troubles
      > That the politicians start. If we cannot do him honor
      > While he's here to hear the praise,
      > Then at least let's give him homage
      > At the ending of his days. Perhaps just a simple headline
      > In the paper that might say:
      > "OUR COUNTRY IS IN MOURNING,
      > A VETERAN DIED TODAY."
"Life is not about being dealt a great hand but playing a poor hand well"...

A lady went into a bar in Waco and saw a cowboy with his feet propped up on a
table. He had the biggest boots she'd ever seen.

The woman asked the cowboy if it's true what they say about men with big feet.

The cowboy grinned and said, "Shore is, little lady. Why don't you come on
out to the bunkhouse and let me prove it to you?"

The woman wanted to find out for herself, so she spent the night with him.
The next morning she handed him a $100 bill.

Blushing, he said, "Well, thankee, ma'am. Ah'm real flattered. Ain't nobody
ever paid me fer mah services before."

"Don't be flattered...take the money and buy yourself some boots that fit."

Yeah luckily she couldn't get into the tent in the building. But she wants too. Follows me in all the time. Think she wants that good catnip 😂

I halfway suspect they did just that to one. Was 2 weeks old. Something got into the tent and left me with one leaf. Trampled all the others but they recoverd. Had to completely critter proof the tent.
Had no evidence to take to cat to trial for it though.
