Confused
Morning everyone. I keep hearing, coco coir has a lot of potassium in it.....most says it dont.could someone tell me if it doesn't. Would really like to no...ty

The following is just what I believe to be the case.
Coco does have potassium. Coco releases the potassium and replaces it with Calcium at the earliest convenience. This is the reason for a high number of calcium deficiencies in coco You will find that coco growers add a lot a calcium in the beginning to try and avoid a deficiency. Once the coco has all the calcium it needs, you can go back to regular doses.

what I have learned so far:
environment maters more than nutrients
at least a dab of nutrients in every watering
effective flushing before harvest is critical to quality -
Ok guys.ty I'm understanding what your saing..ty didn't no that .One more question about nutrients please. During all stages of growing , is potassium release. Should my feeding chart change,like less potassium or more phosphorus.just wanted to no this is my sixth grow, I should no buy now .Comment
