    Just Flushed and I have a question

    Do i still need to use hydroguard during the flush?
    640 watt hlg quantum board
    320 watt diy chilled pucks x4
    300 watt mars hydro sp3000
    150 watt hlg quantum board
    100 watt spider farmer led x2
    organic soil with earth dust dry amendments
    Water only i don't check ph
    6 pot fabric autopots with GH trio nutes

    Hey Cloud, no you don't, But hydrogard might save you a little water.
    Cfls for a week or two
    315lec for everything else
    Dug up Ms.topsoil, with perlite added
    36x36x63 inch tent.
    6inch - exaust - intake fans an scrubber
    Smart pots
    Molasses
    Autoflowers

      No, You don't need to do anything to the water.
      You can add a flushing agent like Florakleen or Sledgehammer, but that's all that would be recommended.

      Also, during a final flush, you should no longer be concerned about pH and you should not adjust the pH.

        Sweet thanks for the quick response and i did ph the water lol but oh well im sure it will be ok.

          Yeah, not the end of the world, but no need to continue to. pH adjustments are done to help the plant adsorb nutrients - during the final flush you no longer want the roots taking up nutes! Furthermore, "up" and "down" are actually taken up by the plant, so it isn't a complete flush.
          But, yeah - I think most growers do it, and it isn't a big deal if you do, just totally unnecessary.
