Saw a few random bugs here and there during the last couple weeks first i thought scales but not really sure what it was. Ones I originally saw didn't look like this one and haven't seen any of the ones I thought were scales in a while. Not sure what it was but it liked to play dead until I poked at it. Was just chilling in the middle of my plant but no damage on the leaves it was residing on.
This one I found crawling around my soil when I went to water it tried to get away when I flicked it out of the pot but I put a little stomp on it. Just curious if anyone had seen this kind of bug? First time I've seen anything like it really. Was just this one and I don't have an infestation our anything. But wondering if anyone can identify it. I've been googling bugs and can't seem to id the species. It's not on the cannabis threat list but I'd like to know what the hell it is 😆. I have taken preventive measures but the last thing I need is some kind of root bug or insect that resides inside the plant itself. Any idea what this is?
