    CBD grow

Recently planted two Charlotte angles from Dutch passion. Very excited to grow this plant. The stats say the plant can produce up to 16% CBD and less that 1% THC.

Question is: when do I harvest? Do I wait for more amber or harvest as trichomes start to get cloudy around 50%?

With growing two plants I have options to do both but would love peoples opinion on the topic.

    thanks

Hi Kevin, I think you follow the same protocol as with any other strain: waiting till most of the trichomes are cloudy will give you peak CBD. I've grown a few CBD strains, and I harvest them just like my other strains: I don't wait to see much amber at all--just mostly cloudy/opaque triches.

This is a very helpful website on CBD, but it doesn't give any real info on how to grow a CBD strain: https://www.projectcbd.org

And here's what GWE has to say:
Strain is the number one most important thing when it comes to increasing levels of CBD, but there are a few growing tactics that can help a little!
