Just curious about plant behavior in night vs day. As a first time grower, I can't help but peek at my plants during their night-time period. Is it normal for them to droop a bit during dark periods? They seem to droop as if overwatering when I peek, but during their "daytime" they perk up. Could I be still overwatering even though I'm thinking their soil is dry? To me it seems it's needing water every 3 to 4 days. However during dark time it droops like it's a depressed teenager with angst issues.

I feel like it is normal for them to droop more at night. They are kind of taking a break from their leaves and working on other things. No need to have them perked up for light when there is no light. Also I would caution when peeking in on them during lights off. If they are just starting flowering they may revert back or never flower if they don't get uninterrupted darkness. Once your plant is further into the flowering stage it can tolerate more light from peeping and not revert back.
