    Think this is Wind-Burn???

So have been having issue with my plant lately...every was going great...then her leaves weren't strengthening(pic1). I thought humidty...nope ...watering...nope ....pot space(haven't ruled out but something else is afoot here, not growning...). This is of how the leaves were growing (pic2) and another of they are doing now (pic3).

Can't tell nuthin' from shots taken under blurple light.
That does not look like wind burn to me. (There's a section about that in the main GWE).
I would have guessed overwatering from the droop, but I'm seeing just little bit of hooking at the end of the older leaves, which can be diagnostic for too much nitrogen (the claw!). http://www.growweedeasy.com/nitrogen-toxicity-cannabis
The new growth on top looks nice and healthy.
Your plant will be happier and grow bigger in a bigger pot!

Agree with doc. Bigger pot would be a good idea.

It looks like your plants needs water or that youre overwatering. Good luck

You say you water every 3 days.. why? Is the soil dry at the top up to about an inch deep exactly every 3 days? Otherwise may be too much water. My experience I watered only when needed not on a set schedule.

We need pics in regular light.

Just to reiterate: Seriously, I think you've got a little bit of clawing from too much nitrate there. If it's just fresh, hot soil and you're not adding fertilizer, don't worry about it.
