    Planted seed too deep

Hi everyone so I've just planted 2 seeds and I think they were planted too deep. I was just wondering if this will effect the seeds, for example if the seeds are too deep when the tarot comes out and the first little stem and leaves come out will the stem and leaves make its way through the soil or will it just die?

How deep? And what did you plant then in?

The easiest rule of thumb is to to take the first knuckle on you little finger. If its deeper than that its to far. You have time to find them and make it much shallower.

Thankyou redwasp for the input I will do that right now better safe than sorry.

Edit:like I said before thanks for the input, I have dug the seeds out and just put them on top then put a little soil over them and stuck them back in the tent.

I use the rapid rooters or the jiffy pellets like Redwasp
