when to start lst for indoor grow for a first time grower

I have two two week old autogrow seedlings in five gallon smart pots using coco as medium and am wondering when I could start doing some LST on these

Whenever you want. Now is probably not too soon. Tough to say for sure with no pic though.

          Seems like it.
You need to separate them. Or just cut down the runt. Safest is to cut down the runt.

Give more information - your light looks like it is too close - your plants are either shying away from the light cuz it's too close or is thirsty. And what kind of medium are you growing in ? - without perlite or vermiculite?
        Plants look real good.

Cover the basics before you worry about LST.
Air temperature, humidity, light, water pH nutrient balance of those will give you indications went to start LST most likely after they are all stable.

Looks pretty dry, give her some water, using Coco you'll really have to monitor the medium to make sure your plant does not dry out...I think that why it's drooping

Agreed. Coco should not get dry like that. Need to increase watering frequency. Lack of water is stunting their growth
