“The universities do not teach all things, so a doctor must seek out old wives, gipsies, sorcerers, wandering tribes, old robbers, and such outlaws and take lessons from them.

He who is born in imagination discovers the latent forces of Nature. . . . Besides the stars that are established, there is yet another -- Imagination -- that begets a new star and a new heaven.

The human spirit is so great a thing that no man can express it; could we rightly comprehend the mind of man nothing would be impossible to us upon the earth.

Man is a microcosm, or a little world, because he is an extract from all the stars and planets of the whole firmament, from the earth and the elements; and so he is their quintessence.

The realms of nature are the letters, and man is the word that is composed of these letters.

That which the dream shows is the shadow of such wisdom as exists in man, even if during his waking state he may know nothing about it... We do not know it because we are fooling away our time with outward and perishing things, and are asleep in regard to that which is real within ourselves.

Thoughts are free and are subject to no rule. On them rests the freedom of man, and they tower above the light of nature.

Thoughts give birth to a creative force that is neither elemental nor sidereal. Thoughts create a new heaven, a new firmament, a new source of energy, from which new arts flow. When a man undertakes to create something, he establishes a new heaven, as it were and from it the work that he desires to create flows into him. For such is the immensity of man that he is greater than heaven and earth.”
Paracelsus 1493 – 24 September 1541), born Theophrastus von Hohenheim
(full name Philippus Aureolus Theophrastus Bombastus von Hohenheim, was a Swiss physician, alchemist, and astrologer of the German Renaissance.

Tika A fact that has been suggested to me before and the first reason I put the cotton socks on rather than covering them with tape. I have seen footage and been told by Vader that it doesn’t really matter. Still better safe than sorry and I’ve kept the socks on . They also hold moisture and help keep the space humid under the T5 lights which really don’t get hot at all. I just got a nice 16 inch cheap rotating fan for for only 20 bucks. I’m gonna go and buy the rest of them. And thanks for coming by to say hello. 🌸

Here’s two pictures to contrast what 30 days can do too four Blood Orange Seeds.

              Glad your plants are recovering!
That's kinda how mine were looking early on, for the opposite reason, used up soil that I had not re-charged properly. Funny how opposite causes have similar outcomes. Plants are doing great now though, and yours will to!!

Your thread gave me some ideas.
Just ordered a 1750 GPH air pump, and 20lb. of earth worm castings, gonna turn my 100 gallon water tank into a compost tea bubbler! Will hopefully be using most of my own compost eventually, once I can start farming more wrigglers. Going to try and do the continous brew, like you posted in your thread. Keep it on the weak side, and feed the soil every time I water

Only 24 hours later and the worms I got yesterday have made a difference I put a small handful of worms with some castings inthe top of each “soup container” turned off the lights for 10 minutes while they dug underneath and they’re in there. Don’t know when I’ll see him again but plants look great. I took a 10 gallon Rubbermaid tote and drilled holes in the cover and on the side filled it up halfway with living organic soil and dumped 2 pounds of worms and castings on top of that plus I layered some lettuce and some oatmeal. Frank looks happy as a clam.

Hundred gallons of compost that’s pretty big maybe you should do a combination worm bin compost pile anyway my friend Steve that designed that vortex tea brewer he’s help me out a bit sending me some amendments and bio dynamic formulas that he has created and I’m going to be offering them up and helping with sharing his vortex designs and getting his bio dynamic formulas to reach people in our end of agriculture. Bio dynamics have tended to be restricted to farming for food and self contained systems that have livestock. If you need any help let me know he has designed 1000 gallon tea brew systems with tractor tea bags and water pressure steeping. He’s on the South Fork of Long Island where the vineyards are where it used to be potato fields.

Ya, is pretty big! I do plan to use it for my veggies to though, 12x20' greenhouse that is food crops besides my state plant count of 12 that I can have hear, working on a small outdoor vegetable plot to, this summer.
That new growth is looking much better!

Can you imagine if Beethoven had been born later in history? Might have been the worlds biggest rock star instead of composer, can just imagine Beethoven rockin out with the wild hair and crazy eyes, like Plant or Page, smokin a dubby, heading up the counterculture!!

Which T5 Bulbs do you use Tika? Besides the Geismann I have been looking at another German aquarium brand called ATI. They are around $25 ea., At least two times or three times the price of some T5 bulbs. They are made for underwater plants and coral reefs.

Going to decide on what further training techniques, if any, I will use this week. I may just FIM and LST if I am successful with the FIM. I’ll leave mainlining for a later grow project. All 4 plants have recovered 100% since the Microbe drench and are ultra green and praying to the sun godz. The nodes FIM’d were the 5th nodes, the first true leaves were lost after the Dr. Earth Drench.

Thank you Tika, Coming from you that certainly means a lot. That was a very close and disheartening call just less than two weeks ago and look at them now. I know you have some beautiful plants and have seen more than a few. I am just blown away and hypnotized by how beautiful it is to just watch them grow. Next week when they reach 30 days I’ll go ahead and transplant to either 3 or 5 gal containers and LST in earnest. So far after 24 hours no negative reaction what so ever.
