Possibly you might have cut too high but very nice job you might end up with 6 top colas from the looks of it just from that fim

Hear is a pic from yesterday for comparing growth after Fim, Blue Dream that I fimmed a day or two after you did. First time I have tried Fimming, so mine might not be done correctly, but atleast something to compare weird new growth to.

It looks much better it actually look very good this morning much improved but the damage to the leaves is there and there isn’t much new growth. I am concerned there is not much more I can do at the moment so I will wait till I can get some amendments and maybe a ph pen. I’m giving all of them six hours of total darkness now and 18 lights on. Going lighter on the water but more often and I punch some holes in the bottom of the pot In case it’s a drainage issue.
Another major concern is the new growth is very strange looking. I am worried mostly that the new growth looks stunted and gnarly at the place I FIM’d it last week.Last edited by Paracelsus; 04-08-2018, 01:08 PM.

There is definitely something wrong with that one plant, have you checked the ph of the soil? I was thinking it could be ph issue or nitrogen burn or windburn or copper deficiency that is my opinion. How has it been on recovery?

FYI FREE ONLINE COURSE
Oregon State University
PERMACULTURE
Begins April 23rd 2018
Just in time for Earth Day, which in my book is everyday.
If anyone else on GWE is interested in taking the course we can use my FYI thread and the GWE Forum to collaborate.
In this free, online course, you’ll learn about the process, ethics, and principles of permaculture while diving into climate-specific design elements through interactive technology, videos, graphics, and readings. Permaculture design is a method of landscape planning that can be applied to anything, from a home garden or farm to a city block or entire village. Permaculture uses design principles from nature itself and takes into account such things as how indigenous people used the land. This course is designed to benefit everyone regardless of learning style, time commitments, or available technology. Expect to spend between two to four hours each week on coursework.
OBJECTIVES- Define what the permaculture design system is, as well as its ethics and principles.
- Organize the order of the permaculture design process.
- Diagram elements of watershed, sector, and zone maps.
- Identify design elements appropriate for each climate.
Course is offered by Oregon State University.
