    seedling button leaves turn yellow

    As the first photo showed
I have no idea what i did wrong
Seeds are purchase two years ago, old seed and very low germinate rate, around 30%
And most of them grow very slow.
Grow in coco, water ph 5.8-6 always.

photo 2 it's the healthiest one, even she fall down on the ground and lost her first 3 leaves out of 4, it still look good.
But that's the only one out of 40 seeds

Both of them are now in the beginning of week three
And most of the plant leaves look like pc.1 , yellow and unhealthy
    That's unusual slow grow

Hey lincon, it looks like it could be a combination of factors. Such as lighting, they look a bit leggy especially if they fell over. What kind of bulbs are you using? Also they could be overwatered, how often do you water them and do those cups have drainage holes? The pic i added is my current girls at 3 weeks under a 400w metal halide

I run a 400 and usually only keep it at max height for the first week the girls are above ground. After that ill slowly work the fixture down to between 18"-12", mind you i also use an air cooled hood so i can run a lot closer without fear of burning, not sure in your case. Also high pressure sodiums are typically better for flowering because they put out more red wavelengths. Whereas metal halides put out more blue wavelength, which is typically better for veg growth

They will only grow as big as the pot they are in.
          Small pot, small growth.
