Want to build new grow light... Help?

I want to upgrade my lighting. I now have a 3 X 3 tent with 2 300W leds I think actual output on these is about 150W each. I got these lights for my first grow as they were affordable and fit my budget along with everything else needed to do a first grow 1/2 way decent, and to see if it was my cup of tea if I would enjoy it or not find it not so fun. Well I am on my second grow now and plan to grow more in the future. I find I like the hobby it is fun and relaxing with a great reward in the end for your work. So top of my bucket list to upgrade is lighting. I have looked around and with a small budget I decided quantums is the way to go for me.

I have some ideas of what I want to build and what I want but need to put a shopping list together for the led panels and drivers needed to get to where I want to go.....
I think I want to go with a total output of 450 to 500W. I plan to eventually upgrade from my 3 X 3 to a 4x4 tent, so this is why the higher output. I want to make 2 separate frames to hold the led panels, I would like to put 2 panels in each frame so I will need 4 panels total, each frame with the 2 led panels will need to put out 225 to 250W to get the total of 500W watts I want.

I guess what I need to know is which LED panels and driver combination would work best for my build, I know I will need 2 drivers and I would want to be able to dim them. Then there is the debate over 3000k vs 3500k... I'm thinking I would rather go to the flowering favor I think is 3000k better than 3500k if needed I could use the leds I have now for veg they work grate for that but fall short on flower.

    Any thoughts or recommendations?? Thanks

I recommend reading this thread for information on the ideal way to build a LED light fixture.

Thanks for the link... way to technical for me lol... I have heard many good things of the Quantum lights and I am thinking I can maybe do it on my budget of between $400 and $500...
