First time Regeneration?

Hello I finally have a question i could not fine. I have been trying for my first time to regenerate some plants that i almost killed being over zealous with everything, well i finally have them going thanks to all of you that share so much knowledege, by the way this is the only site you ever need imo, well i have been worried about flipping from 24 on to 18-6 that they will try to bud, I didnt think so, but wanted to make sure.

As long as they get 14 hours of light they will stay in veg. I run my veg 18/6 not 24.
