Seems like overkill. And probably more than you can actually handle. A light that strong will require considerable vertical clearance. Probably 3' in seedling, 2' in Veg and 1.5' in Flower above your plants at least. It may actually be more than that. You won't have room left to grow in a 5' tall tent.
Vertical clearance is the main factor that you need to consider because of your tent.

For your entire grow footprint you want at the absolute lowest 500 u/moles up to 1500 u/moles (third chart). I suggest something in the upper end of those numbers. I think having more smaller lights may be better in a rectangular tent like that. That's not optimal but I'm sure it'll grow some good buds.

thanks for the quick responses,
Then what would be better option for a 2x4x5 tent growing a couple nirvana's northern lights auto: a 300w led, 450w, or a 600w led?
300w led: https://www.amazon.com/Roleadro-Gala...row+light+300w
450w led : https://www.amazon.com/VIPARSPECTRA-...words=450w+led
600w led: https://www.amazon.com/Galaxyhydro-S...898767&sr=8-16

If you can handle the height requirements (read: keep your plants from growing too tall) then you could probably handle up to the 450. That is the same light I have.
I had to keep it 21" off the plants during Veg and 15" during Flower.
It will not give coverage to the whole tent, but you could get 2. I would say that 2 Viparspectra 450s would be about as much light as you could possibly put in a tent that size (I have the feeling that may be your goal). You will not use all of the light, but you will get all the light you can use.
