New grow journal: 2 Bagseed, 1 Kera Medical Skunk

So the girls are officially transplanted after about 1week. I meant to send this two days ago, but the server was down, ill send updated pics when i get home from work. They are all currently working on their second set of true leaves. The hood is 16" away from the canopy with a container of water behind one of the fans, I'm hoping it will help increase the humidity. I will be checking on them for the next few hours to ensure that everything is going smoothly. I am currently not feeding anything except for 1/4tsp of FF Kangaroots, root enhancer, in 36oz of water phd to around 6.4 I will only be using phd water for the next 3 weeks, so around time for the next transplant. They are in FF Ocean Forest, usung the entire FF lineup with Bushdoctor Kangaroots, also using calimagic, and hybrix molasses during flower. All three of the girls are making awesome headway and i am seeing quicker growth with the MH compared to the cfls in my previous grow. At around 5 nodes i will be topping and preparing them for scrog, figured that would be the best use of my MH. I will be making 3 removeable scrog screens, each to fit 1/3 of the tent. Since i am using two random bagseeds, i want to be able to remove the undesirables if any occur. I will be topping each plant twice to achieve 4 tops on each to better use the square screens.

Still having issues keeping the humidity in the tent, there is a large container of water. But it hovers around 30-40%

Today is Day 10, and the girls have been loving the new environment in the tent. All of them have started to get established and put out some healthy new growth. Bagseed #1 has started to fall to the back of the pack with the skunk and bagseed #2 gaining ground over the past few days. Today right before lights on they were all watered with 1/4 tbsp of big bloom and 1/4tsp of Bushdoctor Kangaroots, phd to around 6.4

Thanks DAAS, i give them another week till i have 5 nodes to be able to do the first topping. Im going to top each twice so they fill the screen more efficiently.

Oh btw, after the first full watering today the humidity in the tent is 50-60%. Just enough runnoff from each pot to test ph

      Beginning of day 12

Hey guys, i hope everyone is doing well! The girls are now one week after initial potting. All of them have more than surprised me with the way they are taking off. The Kera Medical skunk is really starting to show her superior genetics, with her 3rd set almost 2/3 of the way out. Bagseed #2, right on her heels, has its 3rd set emerging and starting to climb. However i have been slightly unimpressed with the new growth and growth rate of bagseed #1. After being the first to break soil i had high hopes for her. Only time will tell.

Tomorrow at lights on the girls will get their second full watering with phd water. They are currently going about 3-4 days between waterings. I cant wait to see how these girls start to guzzle as their roots become even more at home in their pots.

Daytime temps hover in the 80-82F range, with two fans on either side of the tent. Nighttime temps drop to about 73-75F. Humidity has started to become less of an issue after adding a bucket of water in the corner of the tent and doing the full waterings on the girls. After watering the humidity hovers around 70%, only dropping to about 50% before watering again. I expect this to become less of an issue as the girls develope more foliage.

Hey guys, so today is the start of day 21. The girls are off to an awesome start, after getting topped once. In about two weeks i will be transplanting them into their final 5 gal pots and then doing a final top before putting in the screen. Both Bagseed #2 and the Skunk have blown up; both more than doubling in size in the past week.

Oddly enough, Bagseed #1 has been starting to put out pistils. Im not sure if it was caused by some kind of stressor or if shes an auto. But hey at least we have a girl!

        Pictures ar as follows:
        1: Kera Medical Skunk
2: Kera, new growth 5 days after topping
        3: Bagseed #2, 3 days after topping
        4: Bagseed #1
        5& 6: Pistils on Bagseed #1
7: Nice tight node spaces on all 3

Hey guys, so today is now day 37 since sprouting. We lost power for about an hour this morning because of this heavy snow we just got, so i used that time to put in the new Growsun 6"400cfm and speed control inline with the new Growsun carbon filter. The girls will need watered tomorrow with week 4 of the FF feed schedule. I will also be topping the girls one last time and then adding the mesh. Ill be using the six tops from the skunk as clones btw. The auto is really starting to beef up her buds with only two weeks of flower growth so far, as well as her trichs starting to swell and give off scent. I am more than pleased with how this grow has been progressing this round.
