    I’m on forth week

so I Bent my plant a bit so that light would get to the lower nodes, I am in forth week of veg though, should I top or just let it grow

That is entirely up to you. Some people top some don't. I personally don't. Just keep in mind when you LST. Don't let the main top be the tallest part of your plant.

Top fim or mainline when it has 5-6 nodes great guides on the site that show how to do all three and when.

Just let it grow now. She'll be confused for a couple of days, but will bounce back vigorously.

Agree with Canuck. I think you fimmed perfectly (very hard thing to do) expect 3 or 4 main branches from that very tip

That's what I think every time I top or defoliate: "Maybe I did too much." And then a few days later (sometimes a few hours later) the plant snaps back and adapts and it's off and running again.

Looks like you did the fim and not topping that looks good for fim now you'll have more then 2 tops.
