    Good nutes for bubbleponics

So this weekend is the Indo expo in Colorado and I'm going planning to go searching for new nutes for my next grow that's going to be bubbleponics what I'm hoping for is some good suggestions on brands to look for. My fist harvest wasn't bad but the buds we're not as dense as I wanted but still a little over an oz per plant. I'm hoping to find a good but line if possible so I can use all the same brand. I really like the botanicare line but I have heard the yeilds are not as good but I will be using the hydrogaurd no matter what brand I go with. Any thoughts?

4" 190 cft. Exhaust with carbon filter.
1 candy kush express using general hydroponics and botanicare
1 candy kush express using advanced nutriants iguana line.

Both will be using hydrogaurd and botanicare sweet.

Cool that you're going to the Indo Expo in Denver this weekend. You going Sat or Sun?

Check out Advanced Nutrients. My understanding is that their entire line of nutrients were designed for cannabis from the get-go. They are all I intend to use going forward.

I've done one DWC so can only speak from my limited experience. I started out using GH nutrients and ran into problems later on that took a lot of troubleshooting and asking for help. When I switched to Advanced Nutrients, I was surprised how easy it was to use their products and how I did NOT have to use PH-Up or Down for the remainder of my grow.

I also used GH FloraSeries and had a lot of pH variation, but to be fair my reservoir was too small to be stable. People who have used Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect series all seem to agree that it really does give more stable pH.

I had very good yield with GH nutes and lots of light. I would suggest considering not so much changing fertilizer but adding more light if you want denser buds.

Current grow was using age old organics, and I have basically a 3x3x6 grow tent with a 315 LEC light my lighting I think is more then sufficient I think my issue was my plants were not getting enough supplements and the soil I used I think had alot of issues considering after I planted and was having pH issues I tested the soil and it was almost 8 for pH. But the buds are somewhat dense but I want super dense buds. Mine are probably around dispensary quality.

I like Canna nutes but it's all I have used. Pretty reasonable in price and I got close to fifteen oz off three plants just recently, 600 watt hps. But as I here and read, AN is the cat's ass.

Anyone use or have an opinion on terpinator?

Do you mean a nominal 300 watt LED light (so about 150 actual watts) over a 3x3 area? If so, that's more like "barely sufficient." Not what you asked I know and guessing at what you're saying.

Howdy Boco2017, I have one original Bubbleponics setup and one home made one. I am currently on my seventh grow and I have been using the General Hydroponics MaxiGro and MaxiBloom line of nutrients (along with their supplements) and have had some great results. My last grow yielded just over 8 oz. (from three plants). I am using the feeding schedule from GH for a recirculating hydroponic system (schedule from GH's web site) and I'm very pleased with the results. I do not use any Hydroguard, but I control the root rot and brown algae with the FloraShield (2-3 ml/gal), keeping any light out of the reservoir, and keeping the water temperature between 64°-70° F (with ice bottles).
      Good luck with Your growing.

Thank you for the information! And thank you for the suggestion of ice bottles because I am expecting to be on the high end of temps for water that will help if I do get up there my new space I think will be alot easier to control the temps then my current one. I just harvested the last of my grow the other day now I have almost 3 weeks before I can start my next one since I'm moving. General hydroponics, advanced nutriants, and botanicare are my current front runners, part of what I want to is massive dense buds I have a strain that I have really high hopes for it I believe moonshine haze and it's super crystally and looks like it could be super dense. I'm hoping to get a few samples that will last one plant a full grow at the expo on Sunday to do a side by side with 2 plants. But we will see what I find and get haha.

Dense buds are nice, but lighter more airy buds are less prone to bud rot (assuming proper ventilation and circulation are provided), but total weight yield is what I'm after. I'm growing in a closet (24" deep x 72" wide x 96" tall) with two lamps consisting of four 55 watt CLF spiral bulbs (total of 220 watts per 6 gallon reservoir).
Good luck on your shopping and growing.

      > A 315 LEC is aka a ceramic metal hallide bulb it's a very bright light and is rated I believe for a 4x8 area but I could be wrong on that I know my area is extremely well lit.
Looks good! Thanks for clarifying. Obviously my guess was way off. :P
