    Just wondering if this is normal..... first time with rapid rooters.....

    Yes it looks to me u have a seed shell and the clear membrain stuck on u need to gently pinch and remove so both leafs open up or it will die. This happens to me all the time I just put a feel drops of water on seedling and give it a pinch

    Those are fine root hairs!

    You are looking at active root hairs, the ones that search around for h2o and other cations-anions to gather for the plants uptake. No fungus there, but those root hairs won't survive once they hit dry air. Keep em moist until you transplant.

    Healthy seedling, odds are in your favor.

      Roots it is,just put some soil to cover them thay will b fine.
      as for the seed shell and membrane take the advice above and remove it. Lol

        Looking good ,put some dirt on them, mist that hull an pick it off gently.
        What kind of camera are you using Ironart ?? Keep em moist.
        Cfls for a week or two
