Don't mean to hi-jack the thread. Here's a pic of the glove extraction from my last harvest, what's left at least 😁

AI one is now in the dark will start harvesting her tomorrow. Problem I didn’t think about is where I’m going to be drying all the plants the little closet organizer I use might have room for one more. Guess I’ll just have to run some string or something. Shook the dirt off the roots for Ai2 that 5 gallon smart pot was full of little roots. Fade is on for the GSCs and one Wonder Woman. The more Sativa looking WW has not started the fade as much. I’ll scope them all tonight. Guessing though I’ll be chopping at least two this weekend.

Ahh. Yea I was at about 4 hours last night but needed a break. I’m a little nervous on having friends help but I figure I can go back over it if needed.

Haha that was total time invested in trim. The biggest plant took 6 hours. I don't have 12 hours to spare on a single day so did them on different days.

I don’t think I could hand a 12 hour trim session chef maybe if I had all day to do it. That’s a good idea on the glass Rosetta

what a fantastic idea Rosetta I will be trying that .
the spinners work great for a plant the size of the one in the first picture will take about a half hour if that long but if you get a trimmer you will have to change your drying method I use one of those net things and I weigh out 100 grams and keep it separate when it weighs 25 to 30 grams it will be about 70% RH perfect to start burping . Chefbjy if you like closer trimmed nugs just adjust the blade and spin it a couple more times until they look the way you want

I have a small piece of glass that gets warmed slightly and everyone rolls their finger tips on it. It pulls it right off the gloves, let it dry some, then scrape it off with a razor.
OK, I am going to try this!

I trim faster if I am alone so I don't mind when plans like that fall through.
Yes scissor hash! I extract the all of the hash off of the gloves too. I have a small piece of glass that gets warmed slightly and everyone rolls their finger tips on it. It pulls it right off the gloves, let it dry some, then scrape it off with a razor.

Haha I can attest to the wife helping with trim 😆. Ended up doing 12 hrs plus of trim myself but I enjoyed it when I wasn't rushed. Taking scissor hits and detailing takes up a lot of time 😉. I'm not keen on the machine but I don't have 50 plants like OJH either rofl. If I had to harvest more then 6 at once maybe I'd invest in a trimmer but I like the look of hand trimmed better. It's just more appealing and extra scissor hash for me.

She’s way faster than I am but we can’t start until the little one goes to bed. I wonder if I should have removed some of the side branches in the manifold so it would have focused more on the main colas. Side branches didn’t really have much. I had to take a break as my judgement of what just got tossed in with the trim was becoming bigger by the branch lol

Looks great! The skeletal stump certainly looks familiar
Wives are excellent but fickle trimmers it seems I want one of oldjarhead100 's spinners too!

I really need to buy one of those trimming machines. Wife wasn’t feeling well so it was a solo trim session. I ended up hanging a few branches that I’ll trim tomorrow. The other AI will probably be chopped Wednesday. And GSCs Friday. I have a few friends coming Friday to take on the GSC hoping they both are ready.
