This plant is mostly red hair and about 20% amber trichs cam i push it another week to flush it a bit better

Its a low yield i bet but the recommendation was 70 days and is about to start week 8 bit its got mostly brown hairs and about 20% amber trichs

Hello 83, if she's got 20percent amber, that's just about how I like mine.
Yeah ,you could give her molasses 1 time and then start your flush. Or you could just start your flush now, if you've been feeding her nutrients. If your growing in supersoil you don't even have to flush.

Yeah i started my flush yesterday but i didn't wanna get it over ripe or degrade too much THC but if i can push it another week it'll give me a better flush i use nutrients i think maybe its a half oz plant i got 4 more differing strains all about ready but this one is furthure along somehow

2 plants got bad nute lockout and i don't think they're gonna recover but this one had about 15% triches can i flush it and try to push it another week or should i chop them

Everything was going great i messed up and didn't flush them enough and gave too many nutes me thinks oh well first grow but i feel like i got the decent quality now i just gotta get really good at it

I don't care how long you been growing, you learn something from every grow, nobody knows it all.
As far as your plant she's not gonna degrade that much in a week.
I wouldn't give her nothin , and I would start my flush now, if she's 15-20 Amber now she ought to be maybe 30-40percent after your done with flushing.

Hey Jr83, some people don't Flush and say it doesn't make a difference. I pull buds the last 3+ weeks, dry em and smoke em. I can tell they get better with time as the flush and hunt for amber progress.
One thing you can do is a water cure, supposed to leech a bunch of stuff out of the buds. one last thing breeders have been known to FIB about their dates to sell it to you if they say 70 days I'd mentally prepare for 75, Just saying.

I read about water cure it scares me and is something i went to try when I'm more experienced so what's ur favoritr trichome ratio for harvest

From looking at your buds I'd push another week. Your growing a indica? You want it to relax? Don't be afraid to let her finish. The hardest part about the first grow is the what ifs and the what if not, what if I don't and what if I should have, just stay your course and shoot for the breeders time line ( give or take a little) you will be smoking that bud very soon.
I'm working out nerve, joint, muscle pain. So the extar CBN from amber is welcome in my bowl. I flush around 10%, by the time 3 ph'ed water flushis done and I'm dry, ready for the jar I find 20% to 50%.

Yeah my nerve and joint pain is bad i have a pinchef cyatica or however its spelled and i work 10 hrs a day so yeah i need to chill out couch. Myself after work

Yeah jr83, watch that progression because ultimately you trim the sugar leaves off and you're "ripening the buds", not the leaf. So flush away my friend, flush away.

Ok all the reddish hairs worried me with the amber showing so i was worried i might miss my window thank u so much for the help now i know my others have more time then i thought too

U can see the amber triches i this pic looks about 20% right they are amber i checked with my microscope

Keep flushing and check trichomes on a day to day or every other day basis. Looks like a week wait will be fine in my opinion.

If you see 40% amber you can always pull it, not a big deal. Grats on making it to harvest 8-) !
