    Coco flushing info please?

When flushing begins do the buds continue to mature and colas stop growing? Another-words do the colas continue to grow a bit and the trichs continue to turn amber or once you start flushing or does everything stop?

Nothing stops. There is still food in the 'pipeline' so to speak that keeps things going. Think about buying green bananas and in a few days they continue to ripen. Harvest when you like what you see.

what I have learned so far:
      environment maters more than nutrients
at least a dab of nutrients in every watering
effective flushing before harvest is critical to quality

Coco. Feed, strip, flush, repeat until two weeks before harvest. Strip flush till your exhasted, flush some more and let dry out and cure.

I feed every water, nutes are half strength. If I feel like they are in need of plain water I will give them a flush about 1 time every 2 weeks, or when I change over to flowering feedings. This plant got almost 14 days of just water, took 10 days before the leaves began to fade yellow. On the 10th day I watered with flora clean, let it go 4 more days. After it was good and dry, I took it out for 24hrs darkness then chop chop. Yes the buds continue mature as long as plant is healthy.Click image for larger version
