HELP! 400 watt Metal Halide ?

How soon can i hit my auto seedlings with the 400 watt metal halide??

just raise it up so it is not getting the full brunt of the light
then as it grows more lower it and keep the heat down

For an auto hit her from the get go with ur 400 at about 12inchs. Personaly with autos 24/0 light till the end

The solistek 10k are amazing! I use them in veg then the last 2weeks of flower. But p.s solistek 10k only work on digital ballasts I found that out the hard way I have 2 400w solistek 10k bulbs and I cant use them because I have mag ballasts lol
