I have plants in veg that are close to light cabtvraise lamps. How do I lower the plant and how long before I put to flower

When it comes to when to flower, a good rule of thumb is to switch to 12/12 when the plant is about half the final desired size, as they will typically about double in height after the switch (though some strains may stretch more or less). Feel free to post some pictures of your plants in the setup and we may have some more ideas
