Wet trim to dry ice kief; does it need to dry?

I made my first batch of Tangie kief from wet trim, frozen for a few days in brown shopping bags (over 70g kief collected). I used the GWE method using 72, 160 & 220 bags. What do you do after the shake and collection? Does it need to dry before storage and cure? What are best ways to dry, cure and long term store kief? Does anyone recommend the pill container descant packs to keep dry?

Reason for the above questions are because I love the kief I got from the 72 and 160 collections, but the 220 grew a layer of fuz by day 3 so was given to sheep and goats. I then did an emergency dry on the 72 and 160 grades (A&B grades) and think I lost a bit of flavor. The A grade stayed light amber, but B grade turned brown...

I have more fresh trim in freezer and more in jars curing with Boveda62 packs to see if fresh or dry/cured trim is better for kief. But I still have the questions; does dry ice kief need to be dried and cured before placed in jars for long term storage?

I have had trouble with moldy dry ice hash as well. There are a couple of problems that lead to it. Drying your trim (at least a bit) prior to freezing will help somewhat. Also, when taking bags of frozen trim out of the freezer let them come to room temp prior to opening or you will get condensation on the frozen leaves. Try to make the hash in a low humidity environment if possible. You can freeze the hash right away until use in order to prevent mold. (Make sure you let it warm up the same way before opening the container out of the freezer.) I think the Boveda packs probably allow too much humidity for keif/hash. I am interested as well in how other folks dry/cure/store their dry ice hash.

      What Newf said.and...
I like to dry/cure and freeze any dry ice process. for bubble hash I read fresh frozen ( Grow magazine). October issue.
I personally take the kief and pollon press it into pucks and then food saver the pucks = no mold and no ice crust stored in the freezer til needed.
Then break it up to smoke or process into tinctures or edibles.
