Best results for tents.

What hps/mh lighting wattage do you all recommend for a 8'x4' tent? and how manny lights for best results?

I guess one should research that a bit.
How hot can your tent take it? Lots of air circulation? Growing autos or photos?
Unlimited budget?

As Canuck147 mentioned above, more info would be helpful. Such as, how many plants are you planning on growing in there? How tall do you want them? Are you going to SOG/SGROG? How tall is your tent?

Hey guys! Thanks for the respond. Tent size is 8x4 feet and 8 ft high. I would like to use 5 gallon fabric pots. For the strain I'm thinking sour diesel. I was looking in to vivosun tent and light kit since I am on a budget.

If you plan on filling that whole space with plants, and you’re on a budget, and if you’re specifically looking for HPS/MH lights, you may want to check out this Vivosun 1000W HPS/MH Air Cooled Reflector Kit with digital ballast and comes with both bulbs for around $200 or something similar to it. Seems like a pretty decent deal I think. 4x8x8 is a pretty big space, so if you want “best results” for that grow area, then I recommend the 1000W kit. Possibly 2 kits (again, depends on how many plants and how high you plan on growing them in there). Your tent height looks good. Just make sure not to start your lights off too close to your plants and you have plenty of ventilation. Just my two cents. Hope that helps some.
