Your not spraying the plant with water are you. Looks a little like a fungus or rot to me. Top looks great,Dieing to fast from the bottom to be a deficiency I think but hey.....what do I know.

No I’m not spraying them with anything ! From the the six seedlings only this one looks like this . The other five doing good and I love them and treat them the same .
only thing I discovered is a tiny little spider I spotted with my magnifying glass. Because I noticed tiny Cobwebs.

        thanks for the info.

Bug are not good is it spider mites?
Spider mites are a common cannabis pest that can be very difficult to get rid of. Learn how to spot and treat at the first signs of these nasty pests.

Ya, if its tiny spider like insect with webbing its probably spider mites. That would account for the localized problem. Check with a magnifying glass or better.

And if it is neem oil is a inexpensive solution to mites, , mold and alot of other cannabis pest. There is other products but this can be a useful one or something similar to have around.

Mr Furley, do you use neem oil during flower? I thought it was only up to flower.

              Hey Mr.furley ! Thanks
The only Problem I found is a tiny little spider mite feeding of the lower part of the plant.
with a wet Q-tip gently removed this Thing ! And with the same Q-tip I also removed whatever cobwebs this little guy made , sorry you’ve been evicted LOL.

              Thanks again
