Led for veg

Will a led 53 watt power and 75 watt florescent 4000 lumens work for veg or is cfl better.

I’m using 2x 19w L.E.D. and one 24w t8, in week 5 from seed and looks like she’s doing well this far. My nodes are extremely tight with 5 and she’s only about 4”tall
