How long to cure buds before smoking? (New grower)

Hi!
I've just dried and placed my buds in mason jars for curing. How long until I can try some? When would be the best time to start enjoying?

If the buds are dry enough to jar, then you can go ahead and try some. They usually take a week or two to cure. But it will take about a month or two before it reaches nirvana.
