Bud Rot and Powdery Mildew - can the plant be saved?

About 3 weeks ago, I found mold and bud rot on my outside plant following a lot of rain. Over the following week or two, I cut away all the leaves and buds that were effected as I found them - 20-25% of the plant. I've taken steps to improve the conditions that led to this problem - I placed a pop-up greenhouse over her and set up fans. She's from an unknown strain (bag seed) and been in flower 9 weeks and still has a ways to go before harvest. It's been about 10 days since I've seen any bud rot or mold but I've heard how bad smoking effected buds can be. If this plant makes it to harvest, will it be safe to smoke, vap, or otherwise ingest? Can a plant every really be rid of mold and bud rot once it's gotten in to the plant?

I like big buds and I can not lie.

Yes, but I would check them out real good first. Pretty plant Dagmar. PS I've seen people pull em up before when they saw a little bud rot.
