I have thousands of pale brown microscopic bugs in my soil but they are not on my plant. Should I take any kind of action to eliminate them or are they just feeding on the organic material in the soil. If a kill is in order, what is the best thing to spray on the soil?

I am not sure what kind of bugs those are, If they end up being a harmful pest that you have to kill, Diamataceous earth works great for soil born parasites, you just put a 1/2" layer on top of your soil and the microscopic razor sharp edges of the dust particles kill and bugs trying to crawl through it. most Diamataceous earth is food grade so it is non harmful to plants and people.

I also use KindSoil and FFOF. I ain't never opened a bag of FFOF that didn't have bugs of some kind, why I don't use FFOF anymore. Never seen bugs in KindSoil before but they are most probably beneficial. Call Mr.Kind ,he will tell you. He also answers the phone. In my mind you can't beat KindSoil. Good Luck RWCfls for a week or two
