I hate to break it to you, but ur 130w cfl will not be enough to flower 1plant ur gunna want 250-400watts to flower 1-2plants properly.

U want roughly 40watts per sqf in veg and 60+ watts per sqf in flower, theres a lot of ways to calculate light lumens 7,500lumens per sqf in veg and 10,000+ lumens per sqf in flower then theres par but that really only pertains to leds and par isnt accurate because par messures teh intensity of a small spectrum NM (nanometers) and theres other benificial light outside that spectrum (uv and far red arnt counted in the NM and uv is extreamly benifical in all stages of growth. Sorry for the long answer just thought id break it down for ya

Also depending on how u want ur plant to grow, means the different colors. Blue makes shorter busher plants and yellow/orange/red makes taller skinnier plants, some people even flower with blue. I flower with hps and mh 10k at the same time.

Even in veg I end up useing both. I use mh (eye hortilux blue and solistek 10k) to start them till week 2 then I switch to hps(eye hortilux super hps) for 2weeks then back to mh(eye hortilux blue, solistek 10k) for 4weeks then into flower 2weeks mh (stops the massive strech) then both hps and mh10k till the end. The reason I put hps for 2weeks in veg is to get tall skinny plants at the bottom so its easyier to water.

I also agree with everyone else start off at 1/2 the dosage and u can go up from there and play with it till u find the sweet spot and this is because every strain has different needs so are sensitive and some are heavy feeders. Its better to start small and work ur way up, if u notice brown tips just back the nutes off a bit
