You will grow weed. How much will depend on if you add more light for flowing. Keep lights close like 2 to 4 inchs away, try to add a reflector like a aluminum turkey pan from the super market, do some LST.. The light your have will veg it and get you some buds. Remember more light=more buds so if you can add twice the bulbs for flowing you'll have a higher yield.
good luck

On third look, the cord and plug in socket kinda worries me watch that closely, if not replace it altogether.

Thanks for the input. I have 5000 lumens right now. How many are suggested?

With Cfl you almost can't add too many. I would dbl. That to 10000 lux. Heres is a couple good links
What do I look for with CFLs as far as wattage, lumens, and kelvin? What's the difference? Which CFLs work best for growing marijuana? Why do some CFL'S have a higher wattage and lower Kelvin and some a lower wattage and higher kelvin? What are the pros & cons of higher Watts & Lower Kelvin vs. low Watts & Higher Kelvin?

I use about 10k lumens myself, but it generates a lot of heat in enclosed spaces. I agree with furley. You should be very careful connecting too many lights to single cord. Invest in several and pit them together in a stable way. Safety first !!!!Organic only soil grower
