Dialing in a "PERPETAUL AUTO GROW" to a photoperiod grow that is dialed out. (2 tent)

Transplanted- the right hand two at day #11 and the one on the left at Day #13 (today) above ground- water/fed Nebula's GH for auto's-LED @20/4
They will be topped and placed in tomato cages, this time, as I am doing a head to head with AF WW nursery container vs fabric!

I neeed to let these grow just a little more before transplant-maybe to 6th node-as about 1/2 have not been well established, yet florished once transplanted.
These are -crop Jan 18- harvest, with-crop Dec 17- harvest already in the larger tent with 4 photoperiod plants.(Nov 17-harvest).

Jan-18 crop= 2 x WW and 1 lemon haze- Auto's under 390 LED watts @ 20/4

DAY #18 topside- plants are doing well, healthy- so I topped them.
They are about 6" tall and all topped at the 6th node.

Nutrient schedule changes to Roots Organic Original (amended) along with minerals when watering.
Nothing left to do except water until flowers show.

There are 4 photo's left in the large tent, all will mature during November, then the auto's will dial-in as the photo's are harvested.
Once all photo's are dialed out- I will increase the light schedule to 20/4 and decrease the plant count as they should get bigger under increased light.

Looking good weed pharma. Do you have the high and low cages because WW grows tall and the Lemon Haze short?

Sheesh, nope- I inverted the cages and trimmed the wire- so they would fit better in between each other in a small tent.

The AF WW grows @ 33" and the AF lemon haze @39"- but they have been topped @6", so I don't really know what to expect-
I usually LST or let it grow naturally- so topping may stunt the height, but not sure how much, yet.
At any rate, the cages provide great anchor points if/when needed.

Morning Pharma. Man your plants are really looking good, I'm thinking your gonna get way over your goal of 4 ozs. Maybe more like 8 ozs. or even a good bit more than that, if you don't run into some problems, and I doubt you will. They sure are pretty and good luck with them.

Sheesh - here is a different, photo strain we harvested this morning in an inverted tomato cage.

Only 3 more photo plants left in the "flower" tent- then I can kick the lights up to 20/4 for the auto's.

No doubt, a hord of locusts could come thru like in Moses day, but I kinda doubt it.
Anyway I'm hoping you have no problems, Nice plants.

I started Nov 1 crop three days early, as I am unsure of my winter plans past January 1.
I will be planting only 2 per month and see if a less crowded tent is more effecient.

These are Auto (Royal) Critical +

*fast 9wks total @30"-165 g per plant of large, dense buds-Nirvana

When last months plants are added to the large tent during November- all photo's will be harvested-dialed out then "my" fun begins.

I have always used autos to fill in spaces and mostly @ 12/12 light schedule- never grown to thier full potential.
Increasing the lights to 20/4 or 24/0 should increase my auto yields substantially!

My last post (sometime in November) will be the tent- completely autos at various stages of maturity.

The last crop of photo's are being harvested and the tent is now full of autoflowers-1/2 the tent (#3 plants) will be ready for harvest - every month and replaced with 1 month old plants.

The perpetual autoflower grow is now on auto pilot-
Harvest a plant- start another.

good morning weed I am trying to do the same thing I started 3 autos then when they were in bloom I started a second group , I start 6 seeds at a time but the blueberry headband just doesn't want to play nice keeps dying or just wont germinate, the first group I didn't get to tie down before we went to Fla. I asked a friend who was watering for me to do it and he did the best he knew how. lol. also do you manifold your Auto's?. I'm trying both with Photos Manifolding and topping with the same strain to see witch gives a better yield

Hey OJH. I have grown auto's for a couple of years- but only to fill empty tent spaces with my photo's @18/6 or 12/12 and the window grows.
I haven't done a manifold with auto's and generally just top and go with a litttle LST thrown in.

If I top at the 3rd node- I get a bowl shaped grow. If I top @ the 6th node I get a larger more even canopy.
I have done some extreme defoliation with auto's and had good results with fast growing strains.
Some Sativa dominant strains do not like defoliation and it has cut my yields in 1/2 before.

This will be my very first auto grow with 24/0 and/or 20/4 start to finish- so it should be interesting.
I usually let the plant tell me what/when to do, if anything at all. (of interest- the window grow gave the best results and I did nothing).

The last 3 plants were topped @ the 6th node and I got very different results of the same strain, which is one of he mysteries of autos- the can grow to any size even if they are the same seed stock.

Kind Regards

I'm finding that to the same strain can give you two different strains it seems like, I will try that 6th node ,I have 2 sour hound in root riots they have a couple of day before transplanting ,I will do a side by side have a great day
