Week 5 flower buds arent growing! Please help!

Ok so i am a new grower (obviously). I started with 3 clones (Mendocino Purple, Triple Double, And Holy Grail Kush) From the get go i had a decently knowledgeable start and i did experience a few issues with the plants before this point. I got them from small clones around may 10th and started budding them almost 5 weeks ago. As of now in week 5 of flower 2 of 3 plants have very odd bud growth (Mendo,HolyGrail). All through Veg. I noticed that their growth was a little slower than what i had been reading or was being told by other growers, but i just chalked it up to all of the possible newbie mistakes i could have made. I also want to note that from the start all 3 strains have had purple in the stems since shortly after transplanting into soil from the rockwool/flood table setup they were being cloned in at the clone shop i got them from. At first the i attributed the purple to the strains i was growing not knowing any better, but now i know a whole lot more and suspect that to be a sign of some kind of deficiency from early on that i did not know to try to correct. Besides the slightly stunted growth and purple stems, they also were very sensitive to nutes and i easily nitrogen burnt them with not even a general feeding nutes on an every other water scheduele. I easily corrected this due to close monitoring of my grow and they continued on nicely. 2 weeks before i started budding them i snapped off a large stem off my biggest plant (Triple Double) without even barely bending it (very brittle stems) but they otherwise were so healthy and perky. Almost 5 weeks ago i began budding (12on/12off) with a digital timer that has a battery backup. The girls responded great with immediate hairs forming and nugs starting to form. In the 5 weeks since my Triple Double has grown some decent but still small sized nugs while the mendo and holy grail have done almost nothing. They pretty much look like Trichrome covered leaves and hairs with huge gaps in between. Mendo has deformed looking leaves near the buds but no burn on the leaf tips at all whatsoever. Triple Double has all of the sudden slowed down its nug growth to a halt and all of the bottom leaves are wilted discoloring and eventually browning and dying. Leaf tips bring green and orange and burnt curling down and inward. Holy Grail is by far the worst and has the weirdest symptoms. Weird twisted misshapen leaves with bright bright green edges that look like TMV (Tobacco Mosaic Virus) and i really hope im not right. Triple double is the only one that has any kind of a smell and it does smell absolutely wonderful but its not strong. I will include all my grow data to the best of my knowledge and i was running out of time to get good pics before the lights went out so ill include better ones asap. Please help guys i have alot into this and i hate to see my girls go to waste for nothing!
Lights: 2000w HydroTek LED Full Spectrum(Blue, red, white,ir,uv) 2x 45w blue red bulb led panels, 2x 2bulb t8 CFL shoplights all 32+ inches away from top of tallest nug. 12 on 12 off in an ABSOLUTELY dark room that no one enters without me and there is absolutely no like leaks(at all.)
Growing Medium: FF Ocean Forest mix with some finely shredded coco coir mixed in
Nutes :FF 3 stage (Grow Big,BigBloom,Tiger Bloom)
Nute dose in flower and frequency: Not even a full general feeding until the last time i gave them nutes 5 days ago it was the first full feeding. Only got nutes every other water.
Watering frequency: Every other day due to the fact that they are in such small containers and they are such big plants (1 gallon pots) I know to only give them flower nutes in flower with low or no nitrogen but yet my girls look like nitrogen burn. All of them are absolutely covered in trichromes like blanketed in snow but the buds just wont grow and the holy grail now has a huge black spot on a fan leaf as on today. I dont know what to do. Please help.

Hello Snowman0127 and welcome. Sorry to hear you are having problems. My initial thought is you may have root issues, specifically, the roots may be overgrowing the containers. If your plants are large and you are only using 1 gallon pots, that could be the issue. Is there any way you could transplant them into larger containers (assuming you are using 1 gallon containers now)?

Yes i do have the means to transplant and i can get soil and such to do do but i have a few questions. First of all can i transplant them 5 weeks into flower? Second i have them tied down and grown through a decently intricate trellis netting system that i can cut and remove but it will be impossible to replace and i do not know if the weal stems will support the buds on my triple double that are actually growing nicely and are already bending the stems. Third what time of day should i transplant them? Thanks for the reply and the advice i really appriciate it.

For your first question, my best answer is that ideally, you would not want to transplant them AT ALL during flowering because the shock will most likely stunt the flowering process. However, if you are facing the potential death of a plant, that would be worse than merely stunting it so it's more of a matter of risk vs. reward on that. If you think the plant can tough it out for the remaining time left, you could try it but just know that the longer it goes, the more difficult (and eventually impossible) the transplanting will be. I don't want to tell you one way or the other because I would hate for my advice to harm your plant but if the plant is rootbound already, it will most likely not make it through the end of flower.

For your second question, that is also a challenge. Any way you could lift the plants by the net trellis and support them while transplanting? Other than that, the only real option would be to cut them out of the trellis and just not have it for the remainder of the grow.

For your third question...you can transplant them basically any time but if you want the best results, my advice is to try to transplant them in the morning before light hits them. If not then, you could try for in the evening right before the light goes out. The reason I say morning is because you would be starting the plant off in a new container and giving it a ton of light to restart itself. However, if you do it in the evening, you are reducing the amount of time between the next morning so it will likely wilt a bit that first night but then perk up during the next light.

How are they looking today? Is it getting worse?
