The two small plants was planted the same day as the two large ones I losen up the soil and put perlite in them change PH from 7 to 6 will that do the trick to make them grow thrree weeks old

How much light are they receiving? They seem kinda tall not so bushy.. I'd go with they need to be in a more sunny area -
