Should I transplant my plant while it has nutrient burn?

It looks like the plant has outgrown the pot too so yes, I think you should transplant into a bigger container. If you're in soil use ph'd water only for a couple of feedings or with very light nutrients. Let the soil dry a bit between feedings ans start building the nutrient strength as the plant grows.
