Hi y'all This is my first time growing, I live in the Central Valley of California where we've been having a major heat wave for the past month. I've got 2 plants going outdoors, one has already been in the flowering stage for a month or so, the other for a little over a week... I used Fox Farms soil & the Fox Farms Nutrient trio, just switched from the vegetative nutrients to blooming about a week ago & I water them daily because of the extreme heat. The only thing I haven't been doing is checking the PH... I'm starting to see issues on the leaves, mostly the bottom portion of both, but today I niticed a couple leaves at the very top look like tge tips are severely damaged. Hoping to fix any problems before they go any further... HELP!!! Please see pics & let me lnow if any of this looks familiar. TIA

On that first picture does that look like WPM to you?

Yes! I found the article & you are absolutely correct! Leaf miners... & it appears they've spread in the past 24 hours. Yesterday I only noticed them on one plant, I had to remove 10 leaves from.that one & I now I see theyve moved into my other plant & I removed 4 leaves. Geez. Going to get the recommended organic spray tonight, so hopefully I can stop the damage & save my plants. They were doing so good before this happened! Crossing my fingers they'll make a full recovery with a lot of TLC! Thank you so much for commenting & pointing this oit to me!

MissyB, Listen to these guys about possible bugs but you really need to check and adjust PH too. Wrong PH can ruin a grow even if you do everything else right. My tap water goes from 8 + to 6+ just by adding nutrients. I recommend you add all nutrients and supplements and then measure and adjust ph.4X4 Gorilla with Solar Storm 440 LED. Yes, I've been doing a lot of research over the past 24 hours trying to figure out whats going on.with my babies & I've seen that come up over & over again. Definitely gonna invest in a PH pen ASAP. These are already in the flowering stage but still have another 6-8 weeks (I'm guessing) to go, so PH can still make a big difference, right? And then I'll always have it for next season. Thank you for commenting! I appreciate it!

So I know the problem in the first few pics is leaf miners... Damn things! But does anybody have any idea what's going on with the leaves on top in the last pic I posted? That doesn't look like bugs to me. Whatever it is, I wanna stay on top of it... Especially since it's so close to the colas. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again guys!
