First time grower & yellowing leaves

I'm a first time grower and just decided to go for it. I thought if it grows then awesome, if not then tough shit! This is the only plant that survived being knocked over & eaten by my pug/Boston terrier this early spring when I started them indoors along with my regular garden seeds, lettuce, brocolli, beans blah blah. I planted everything in my raised 16'x8' garden. It took off and is just about 6' now. In the last week to week and a half we have noticed a few leaves starting to go yellow. I have included a few pictures. The leaves that are turning are all located on pretty much the same side that gets the sunrise. There are also a few underneath towards the very bottom. It seems very healthy besides this. To be honest I don't really mess with adding special nutrients to my gardens out back with veggies or outfront with my flowers. My soils is decent and the main problem when we have is the intense heat (I am on the east coast in Delaware) and sometimes various catapillars on certain veggies. My husband thinks it's getting a little too much water, we have had more rain than usual this summer, several pop up storms. If it's not too much water based off what I see online maybe a nitrogen deficiency? Hell I don't know anything about them, but if I can get it 6 feet tall with nothing more than a passing glance and water then I thought I was doing ok.....until now. Helpful advise would be awesome!!

The lower leaves could be nitrogen but those tops suggest Iron or Zinc deficiency. Someone with more outdoor and diagnosing experience should be along here soon,

I'm not an expert or an outdoor grower but if you're only watering them they may be a little short on nutrients. Try half strength nutrients made for weed and it will cover the nutrients that may be missing.
