Hi. When I mix my solution and measure the ph its good around 6-6.5. But when I check the run off its down to 4-5 range. Why is that and how can I correct it? Do I need to make the solution at 7-8 in order to get 6-6.5 runoff ph? Thanks for any help.

Could it be a build up of nutrients? Do you water to 20-30% run off every time?
coco likes to be 5.5-6.5
Do you give full strength nutrients?

I usually get 20-25% runoff. I use a feeding chart that's posted on GWE, I think its about1/4- 1/2 strength. My watering solution usually tests at 5.5-6.5. The plant has only about 2 weeks to go and I've lost a lot of the lower leaves. My question is geared more for future grows so I don't have the same problem.

If she's almost done (couple weeks meanings mostly cloudy trichomes) then she isn't drinking much and not taking much nutrients. So if it's building up in the coco ph will go down.
Yellowing lower leaves at this stage is right on cue. In fact desirable.Last edited by Californiakid; 08-01-2017, 02:35 PM."Life is not about being dealt a great hand but playing a poor hand well"...
