Hi Scroz, that is a weird looking plant. Did you grow from seed or clone? Do you know the strain?
When did you plant it? Are you in the US? It seems early in the season for flowering in US.
It looks quite a bit like a couple of problem plants my friend has in his outdoor garden this year ... it looks a bit like a stunted auto-flower or a clone that pre-flowered too early in the season. The weird non-serated leaves suggest pre-flowering issues to me.
This said, I'd say she's female or hermied female. That looks like too many trichomes for a male to me, quite a frosty girl I think she may yet deliver somethingSand, sea, sun, sausages, and sinsemilla.

Hey Sroz, wonderful country, I was the biggest Saw Doctors fan back in the day
Saw them do a showcase in New York back when the city hosted the World Cup, me and my brother jumping up and down with all the Irish footie fans, and like ten confused Americans stood at the back of the bar.
I suspect April may have been a bit early to plant outside, m theory is your nights were too long and she got confused about vegging and flowering and she started flowering then re-vegged. There's some discussion of the issue here: http://www.growweedeasy.com/re-veg-monstercropping Basically when photo-period weed plants over about 3-4 weeks old get a full 12 hours of dark they think it's time to flower regardless of time of year, if they then get only 10 hours of dark a week or so later they go back to vegetative growth, and the plant ends up confused.
At this point I think you have to just let her keep going but next year I'd plant them outside a bit later (or start them indoors under lights (or add an outdoor supplemental light)). Check your local hours of daylight stats and try to start them when you've got 14-15 hours of sunlight per day.
Or grow auto-flowers ( my favorite).
Either way she's frosty so the bud you do get should be worthwhileSand, sea, sun, sausages, and sinsemilla.
