    Leaves are curving down

Hello First of allsorry for my English, it`s not my first language.
I have grown only a regular plant last year and now we have eight autos, in 20 liter buckets. I know it`s too much for the auto, they take up a lot of space, we use them this time because we have many of them, but we won’t next time.
The growing media is 60 % peat with 30 % perlite, 20 % compost and 20 % soil. The buckets are set indoor in a room with big windows, and are under 250 CFL 250 WATS dual lamps surrounded with Mylar paper, the temperature is 16 – 26 º. During the first 10 days they watered them with portable pressure watering can but afterwards we began to do it with a general watering can because we believe the first the irrigation was superficial. All the plants were growing healthy except one, which was initially the biggest but two days ago I ts leaves began to curve down and it looks sick. The conditions are similar to the others that are healthy. The changes during these last days were the watering, when we changed it the others plants improved but not this one which is now even worse.
I would appreciate any ideas and advice.
    Thanks in advance from Uruguay.
Sorry I made a mistake I previously post this in the main froum
