so as I was inspecting my plants earlier I noticed some small twisted growth down near the bottom of my plant, after doing a more thorough inspection of that plant I found another site that looked the same. then a leaf that looked like it was almost bonded together with another one and slightly broken apart.

Sorry for your disappointing results...they do look like something serious is occurring. Such as really bad nutrient uptake and wacky PH issues. What's that whitish stuff in the photos...what are they growing in? Are they outside? If you provide a few more details on your growing practices, it may be easier for someone else to give advice. 🌿

Hey yosh, thanks for the additional info...sounds like you've done well with providing the basics for what usually would work well. I've never seen this before, so it's hard for me to make an intelligent suggestion. Still not sure what is giving your soil that weird milky look. Could whatever it is be blocking a necessary source of air and oxygen for the roots? You do have airpots, which should provide something from the sides, but at this younger stage, maybe that top coating is a hindrance. Just a thought.
