    Knockout & Californian Snow

    Afternoon folks
Just lining up another grow project...Two I have chosen are Advanced Females Knockout & Fast Buds Californian Snow Auto both of which I`m very excited about. Both will be grown indoors unde4 600w lights (not MH due to other projects on the go) with a dehumidifier on the go fairly often due to how bloody wet this country is
Following will be used throughout or at different times during the grow:

Music: Fields of the Nephilim & Ministry`s Sphinctour
    Bag: Fabric Air
Soil: Biobizz Light Mix, Perlite & Charge by Ecothrive
    Compost Tea:
This is complex but it stops me getting bored and impatient. Ingredients used at separate times and/or amounts:
    Happy Frog All Purpose Fertilizer
    Jamaican Bat Shit
    Indonesian Bat Shit
    Mexican Bat Shit
    Peruvian Bird Shit
    Volcanic Dust
    Rock Phosphate
    Liquid Seaweed Extract
    Blackstrap Molasses
Mushroom (or if not available, Organic compost)
    Worm Casings
This gives a really different taste, smell and look to chemical grown plants but is slower-ish plus it stinks
Will post pics as I go along. Auto will be lightly LST but Knockout will be defoliated heavily. Wanting finished around end of Feb/ early March `17 if poss. I think that`s it

Sounds awesome. I like poo. It makes stuff taste good.

The compost tea is a great idea. Microbes are wonderful. Please post your recipe!

Are you in the U.K.? Lotsa good seed banks there. You chose some great strains from reputable auto breeders.

Cant wait to watch your grow.

Cheers mate....can`t really say where am cos it can get pretty tasty in my neck of the woods re: raids (but they have started to send letters out now sometimes instead of steaming in at 5.30 am, dogs and all)but I do recommend Gorilla Seeds in W-S-M (Seriously cheaper than other options and once the pound drops after your election again, may be a viable buying consideration). I do think auto`s are finally breaking an unfair stigma now they`re getting more genetically stable though I still find unstable genetics hinder a third of a growth batch. But yes, I don`t like the reg street stuff types, I always choose new strains when growing. Never the same. Keeps it fresh and challenging plus I use medically as well so always checking

Aged horse gives me gigantic vegetables but I live in a bloody wet state! Wish I could grow outside.

Hello Pagen I love all the countries on the fertilizer. Keep us posted on this grow it might be Jacks bean-stock I want to climb!

Bloody costs a fortune to import but well worth it. Cheaper where you guys are. Import tax is a bitch as well as they sometimes monitor a trend and that`s not being paranoid either. I was horrified when I found out there`s 6 CCTV cameras for every person on average in this country, getting to be like 1984 here....sigh....and no one seems to notice or worry. Sorry, rant about today`s youth and lack of ....umph. Give them a mobile and they willingly become sheep, voluntarily

I have heard that horse is good but isn`t there concerns that if made into tea it could produce E.coli? My mate swears blind about it, says it`s the dog`s bollocks where veg are concerned and he hasn`t pegged it yet so probably wrong..stay mellow

      It's all googleable LOL

It was with tears, shrieking and renting of tee-shirt that I learned of the sad demise of Knockout who rather failed to Putout but there you go. So I am growing Tutankhamun and Californian Snow. The later is an auto. I`m not doing anything much apart from light defol and small bits of LST with Tut and little on auto....this journal with do reg updates....hopefully you will enjoy

After total indifference on my part I finally made it to the bit of tent these two are in and decided that both needed a haircut....Pic#1 ....Tutankhamun and Pic#2 the auto Cali Sn......both doing okay in their own way. Californian Snow actually is a very fast grower and caught me on the hop hence why I haven`t been all over her

An interesting entry today...Pic #1 shows what happens when you forget to train and lose total control of a Tutankhamun...so tempted just to bin.....rest of pics show both Californian Snows, one pre trim and one post...stems are very thick and minimal work has gone into them though as Auto`s that can be just as beneficial...these however have been periodically trimmed which reflects positive results from Green75`s current grow....before, assertive trimming was considered too stressful for Auto`s but it would appear genetics and strains have improved to a point where more robust training can occur....top shout to Green75 for running with this concept....stay mellow

Tric`s still clear but dusted in sugary looking crystals...very pretty plant and fast.....nearly there, reckon 2-3 more weeks top prior harvest....don`t flush when using compost teas....have included the firm`s official pic to show comparison of how much further to go

Following three plant pics show post light defoliation....heavy crystals and sticky as hell....now I know 2 are definitely Cali Snows but the third might be an Amphetamine and I think it`s the last set that shows it: Pics1-2 Cali Snow definitely, Pics3-5, pretty sure Cali Snow and rest hedging towards Amphet
