So it sounds like your at the end of your flowering if you have amber. Yellowing leafs are a part of its end of life cycle and shouldn't matter If you cut or not.
Yes legal weed is good weed but as far as free, I like to say "cheap".

Depends on how many yellow leaves you have. Just a few, take them off anytime that suites you. If it is a bunch of them, perhaps consider PK boost from your nutrient line.completed 7 grows

environment maters more than nutrients
at least a dab of nutrients in every watering
