    Why can't I post pics from my phone

    Title says it all, when I try to post a pic I get an error stating, "Blah, blah, blah, not the correct format." I think that's a direct quote lol. It's a jpeg taking with an Android phone. I tried to screen shot the error, the only problem with that is I can't post it Lmao.

    We're working to get this fixed with the people who made our forum software (VBulletin I'm looking at you!). Until then, some growers have reported success by downloading the "Firefox" Mobile Browser (as opposed to Safari) and uploading to the forum using that. I hope that helps, and please let us know how it goes!

        As Royal Nugs said use Firefox browser..I switched and no problems..safari won't do it

          I tried screen shots and I downloaded the Firefox app, still nothing. I'll just wait for nebula to get her fixed up. Hope it's soon, I have this killer diy humidity controlled dry box I'm dying to share.

              I have the same problem, but I use this app and resize the picture before upload and it works
              The easy-to-use Image Resizer helps you quickly reduce your picture size.

              Any update on the picture issue? I'm dying to contribute to the forum. Lol.

                They told us that they're working on it. They only release updates every month or two. I definitely would try some of the other suggestions if you can. Some growers have found they're able to upload using a different web browser. Some people seem to have luck resizing their pictures first. And if worst comes to worst you could try taking a screenshot and uploading that. Another idea is to upload them at Imgur.com and then post the links here from there.

                I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you We're not technical people and we're at the mercy of the people who make the forum software. I can't even believe it's a problem they haven't fixed because there are hundreds of sites that use this forum software. I'll make sure to go bug them again right now.
