please give me advise

this is my first ever attempt and i am first to admit i have lots to learn so any advise i can get will be greatly appreciated..i have read and read but still not be able to fix first and foremost i do not have clue whats wrong and that is my main ???
i did try lots of things ie; complete flush,complete soil change i even got the tendering loving care out but nothing has work and these pics on here is the same growth place my sweetheart was in for the last 7 days there has been zero new growth but she is still standing ..i am sure this is my fault but i do not have a clue... i am using CFL,s started this from a seed that came from a bud of the best i have smoked in years i have been a smoker for 30+++ years and i intend on investing time and money in near future but this is my one and only and want to save it so please tell me whats wrong and what i should do plzzzzzz
this plant started out like a champ but now running like a OJ simpson i want to hopefully use it to clone if i have not destroyed it

Hello afoollll, so go to have to ask you some question for the best answers.
1). What is the PH of the water going into and coming out of the pot.
2) a little more detail about you environment (soil brand, pot size, Nutrients you give, watering schedule, temp high and low?)

i did just order a tent and led lights so i know i will get this right!!!!
this lone seed came from a killer strain and heavy smoker here it was killer great so i just threw it into that pot and have been using tap water and threw it in small closet with 4... 40watt CFL,s hoping for the best when it stated going i was amazed and excited now keeping it going for clones top priority cant tell u PH i will get tester today the soil brand new miracle grow blend but i also ordered better soil ...should i just leave it alone to all new things get here??? or is there something i should do until then???? thanks truly appreciate the responses !!!!

Hi afoollll,
here is what you are going to need to do.
1) get your ph tester ASAP, incorrect pH is the number one cause of problems for new Growers. I use test strips, some use Pens.
2) miracle grow is NOT a good soil in my book for growing cannabis. It is my opinion you should look at something like happy fog or kind soil. Judging by you picture it is one or both of these two that is causing you nutrient problems in your plant.
your plant is not Beyond saving IV seen a lot worse off plants come back but you're going to need to act the best course of action is get your ph in check and transplant to a bigger pot like 2-5 gallon with proper/better soil.
