NebulaHaze talks about this in the oddity section of the site map. Some seeds produce two plants (much like twins. And also in an auto grow of hers she actually had it happen to her if I'm not incorrect!“Call a plant beautiful, and it becomes a flower. Call it ugly, and it becomes a weed."

I'd mix about 25% perlite or vermiculite, get better drainage as well as air for the roots (faster growth).

Should I mix both on 25% or one of them?

I'd use one or the other, whichever is readily available to you. I use perlite, it works better in my personal opinion. It makes larger air pockets for better root growth, I noticed about a 10-20% faster growth rate with added amendment.
